Rephael Inbar

Inbar, a seasoned senior executive with start-up, corporate and entrepreneurial experience, started W3 Ventures, Inc. in 2001. Over the past two decades, Rephael served as CEO/COO/EVP with small and large technology companies including SHL Systemhouse (now part of EDS), Platinum Technologies (now part of Computer Associates), Magic Software (NASADQ:MGIC) and UniData/Systembuilder (Now a part of IBM). In addition, Rephael has also been the founder and CEO of young technology startups in Healthcare, Human Resources and Outsourced CRM. Inbar brings vast management and leadership experience combined with a unique visionary perspective on M&A. Inbar has either led or has been key in well over 25 transactions, covering all aspects starting with M&A strategy development, targeting, deal set up and negotiations, due-diligence, contract negotiations and post-acquisition integration activities. Alan Portela

Mr. Portela brings more than 20 years of health care IT sales and marketing experience. He is involved in companies like Global Care Quest, Inc., as well as on the board of CliniComp Intl. In addition, he is a member of the IT committee at both the UCLA Medical Center as well as the Century City Doctors Hospital. Alan also served as as a vice president of strategic initiatives for Patient Care Technology Systems (PCTS) and was responsible for establishing partnerships with prestigious medical centers such as Albert Einstein Medical Center, and St. John’s Episcopal. Alan also held roles such as senior vice president of client relations and responsible for sales and marketing, account management/implementation services and special projects. He was responsible for the support of 35 hospital-wide installations, representing 10,000 beds worldwide. Mr. Portela was directly responsible for the selection of CliniComp by the Department of Defense as the sole provider of its inpatient clinical modules to military medical facilities.
